All courses have a FREE REPEAT OPTION at any live or online location, meaning that in 2025 you can attend the course again at the same location, at a different location or online.
This exciting International Certification, taught by John Grinder, Carmen Bostic St Clair and Michael Carroll stands out for the fact that it incorporates the New NLP Code as the main coaching model as well as specialized and dynamic formats designed and used by the Trainer’s in their own coaching practices.
The main training venue is in Lagos, Portugal, with Michael Carroll himself and John Grinder and Carmen Bostic St Clair training via live broadcast. There are also satellite locations in Guatemala, Canada, Tunisia, India and London, where you will experience the full training from John, Carmen and Michael via live streaming of the teaching to a face-to-face class. Exercises will be facilitated by Grinder, Bostic and Carroll. The satellite option is ideal for those who wish to study locally and receive the full certification. In addition, there is an online option for those who prefer to study at home; please note that the certification is different for those who study at home.

There are two parts to the program, one part is the course taught by John, Carmen and Michael, from May 12 – 19 that leads to the New Code NLP Practitioner Certification for Excellence in Coaching. And part two occurs 12 weeks after the course when you as a coach take part in an online assessment observed by a trainer from the Academy, to receive certification as an International NLP Coach.
To attend, you must already be certified as an NLP Practitioner (or equivalent), or you can attend the NLP Academy’s Basic Skills course. Most attendees have the goal of starting a coaching career or may already be working in the helping professions and want to incorporate the New Code of NLP along with the dynamic framework that John, Carmen and Michael have developed and integrated into their practices.
Part One: New NLP Code for Coaching Excellence

The New NLP Code is the basis of this course and incorporates models that provide rapid and lasting changes in clients. The New NLP Code emerged in the post NLP Grinder / Bandler years to provide a radical framework that results in a more efficient form of NLP that utilizes high performance states in the change process. The New NLP Code is continually being developed and you are assured of getting the latest coaching models. In recent years, in the field of NLP, a course that does not include the New NLP Code is not considered an up-to-date course in modern NLP. As a Coach it is important to stay on the cutting edge of the field.
In the New NLP Code for Coaching Excellence module, you will be immersed in some of the most advanced processes available for personal evolution.
NLP was the original coaching model with its first model, ‘the meta-model’, as a tool for directing attention to different aspects of the client’s map. NLP quickly grew as a system to enable anyone to have more choices in life. Coaching is about creating choices where they were previously lacking. In this course you will learn tools to help yourself and your clients experience more choices in life.
A unique element of the International Coaching Certification is the specialized coaching models you will learn from John, Carmen and Michael, who have developed these processes from their extensive experience in their new coaching practices. The specialized coaching models integrate classic and New Code NLP patterns and will give you the structure to coach your clients in a totally different way than what is out there in the coaching world.
The evaluation day will be held on May 19th where participants will do a series of practical exercises to demonstrate their ability and competence on what was covered during the course.

The New NLP Code skills offered in this course can be applied in a variety of professional capacities to improve performance. Entrepreneurs, educators, marketers, community workers and change agents will gain invaluable skills from this course, as will anyone whose life activities involve engaging people to reach higher levels of achievement.
Part Two: International Certification in NLP Coaching
The International NLP Coaching Certification is an additional option for students seeking accreditation as an International NLP Coach through the NLP Academy. This assessment takes place 4-12 weeks after the course. The Coach coordinates a live session with a client at their own workplace and conducts a coaching session that follows the coaching assessment criteria.
The session will last 45 minutes to 1 hour and will be observed by an NLP Academy assessor. After the session the coach will receive video feedback on his performance and if the evaluation is successful he will be awarded a certification as an NLP International Coach.
When the coach wins the evaluation, he/she will be awarded a certification of:
